4. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu | 2.15pm – 3.45pm |
5. Taking the stand up game to the floor | 4.00pm – 5.30pm |

6. Knife fighting and self defense (Bring white t-shirt) | 6.30pm – 8.00pm |
